- Users can automatically attach an unlimited number of meta-tags to any transaction. Data can then be accessed by a single meta-tag or any combination of meta-tags.
- Ability to compare financial and non-financial data among companies with different Charts of Accounts and different base (ledger) currencies.
- Ability to link non-financial data and financial data for management reporting.
- Automate the distribution process for Prepaid Expenses and Prepaid Income where user only requires entering the amount and period duration into the System. System automatically amortizes prepaid expenses and prepaid income over time until the full amount had been fully amortized.
- Automatically allocate Depreciation of Tangible Assets throughout its useful life once the Tangible Asset value and the Depreciation formula are entered into the system.
- Maintains Intangible Assets Amortization automatically throughout its useful life once the Intangible Asset value and Amortization formula are entered into the system.
- Automatically generates inflation adjustments for Tangible and Intangible Assets and automatically generates adjustments to the Depreciation and Amortization values period-by-period without any human intervention. (Rule based)
- Automatically reconciles inter-company transaction posting to corresponding accounts with different currencies.
- Automatically links entries to the correct logical account classification(s). Any new logical account classification(s) automatically link to the correct Chart of Accounts ledger(s).
- System can reference specified current financial data status to determine whether an amount being posted to a specific account should be entered into the selected account, a different account or partially to more than one account in accordance with a predefined distribution allocation.
- Allows physical inventory count at any specified location without stopping the daily operation at the specified location.
- Generates budgets for specific logical Attribute Centers (such as department) by specifying budget formula.
- Enables unlimited levels of Bill of Material structure.
- Allows continuous auditing of financial and non-financial data without any interference to daily operations.
- When purchasing inventory material items for a Work Order, EMS automatically checks to determine if the item or an acceptable alternate item is in stock. The user elects to use an alternate item for manufacturing, the system automatically creates a temporary Bill of Materials (BOM) for the appropriate Work Order (without affecting the existing BOM), the temporary BOM can be automatically removed after the completion of the Work Order.
- Formula based BOM allows user to modify existing end product specifications at the time of creating the Work Order, this will reduce the number BOMs when creating one-time items.
- Automatically optimizes Work Orders according to user definable criteria.
- Provides 300 built-in financial ratios for analysis and planning and supports any number of user defined formulae.
- Provides extensive graphic facilities including hundreds of “One Button” graphs for comparison and trend analysis.
- Automates analysis and comparison of multiple reports to simplify and improve decision making.
